U.S. Green Technology Company Signs Distribution Agreement with Argo International
Rocky Hill, CT ISOPur Fluid Technologies Inc., a pioneer in fluid purification, today announced the appointment of Argo International Corporation to represent ISOPur in select U.S. and foreign territories. These territories include Texas, Washington and Oregon in the U.S., as well as India, Belgium and South Africa.
Argo, established in 1952, is a global stocking distributor of a broad range of quality electrical and mechanical equipment, components and spare parts for the Industrial, Marine, Metals, Mining, Paper & Pulp, Oil & Gas, Oil Well Drilling, Utility, Refineries and Petroleum industries. Headquartered in New York City, Argo has 28 branch offices worldwide and representatives in 45 countries to support the diverse requirements of 6,000 customers.
“This partnership merges a superb distribution network with a breakthrough product,” says Robert Musselman, CEO of ISOPur. “Argo knows their customers’ needs and where our technology fits best. We especially value their solution based approach.”
“Our customers all have one thing in common... they require the shoulder-to-shoulder, value-added relationship that we stake our reputation on,” says John Calicchio, Chairman of Argo. “By adding the ISOPur line we add new solutions that simply did not exist before, with a very compelling Return on Investment story.”
The new, environmentally friendly ISOPur product delivers a low cost, low maintenance method of ultra purifying non-conductive fluids such as lubricating and hydraulic oils. ISOPur’s patented Balanced Charge Agglomeration SM (BCA) technology will also substantially enhance the performance of existing filtration systems.
“Customers benefit by cleaning fluids down to a previously unobtainable level of ultra purity often below a half micron,” says ISOPur’s Chief Technology Officer, Gerry Munson.
“With continued use,” states Curt Knowlton, VP of Business Development at ISOPur, “our BCA technology will clean machinery internals, removing sludge and varnish that has built up over years of service. Reliability is improved and maintenance costs are reduced. Oil life is extended, dramatically reducing costs and minimizing environmental disposal issues.
ISOPur’s own list of customers includes blue chip clients like General Dynamics, General Electric, International Paper, Siemens, Eaton, Alcoa and United Illuminating.
The ISOPur product comes in three standard models LR, MR and HR, offering the ability to purify in a wide range of fluid applications. The on-board SmartPak™ electronics allow the systems to monitor fluid conditions and adjust accordingly.
The newest addition to ISOPur’s product line is the CMU model. The ISOPur CMU can be integrated into existing filtration applications, greatly optimizing filter purification performance.
