Coalescer*

The ISOPur coalescer is capable of removing water particles from lubricating oil that is purified with an ISOPur unit.

Type: Multi-layer fiberglass & microglass fibers

Efficiency:

6 micron Beta 200  Pre-filter
2 or 3 micron Beta 200 Collection Filter

Max. Pressure: 5.2 bar

Recommended Change Out: Change based on time or oil analysis.  Unless the oil is highly contaminated, a 1.5 bar alarm will never happen.

Phosphate Ester

This oil is used globally to achieve international and local flammability standards in both rigid and flexible polyurethane foam. Package includes:

• SS frame Optional
• All Units are PE Compatible

Explosion-Proof

The full ISOPur line is available  as explosion-proof certified. The explosion proof listing for North America NFPA and European ATEX is compatible with the following hazardous environments:

Class I, Division 2, Groups C & D

 

High Temperature

The high temperature option is capable of fluid temperatures of up to 390 degrees F. The high temp. pump, Teflon vessel seals, and stainless steel piping insure the integrity of the high temp. system.

Cooking Oil

The cooking oil system includes the following food-grade components:

• SS frame, valves, fittings
• Teflon hose, SS braided
• Viton vessel seals
